There was a great turnout for the 2014 Dragon Con Zombie Walk! There were walkers and biters and plenty of undead characters… oh, my!
Leading up to the Zombie Walk, event organizers had two makeup artists on hand, offering to help define the state of decay to all Zombie Walk entrants.
Makeup Artist Bethany Michel creates a Zombie.
For Round 1 of the makeup process, Bethany Michel created a base coat of makeup for the undead characters’ wounds.
Makeup Artist Rob Fitz creates a Zombie.
Roud 2 of the makeup process consisted of Rob Fitz adding detailed gore to the wounds. The bloodier, the better!
Before the Zombie Walk began, I walked around the premises to get some great photos of these undead cosplayers. There were many great costumes, including this awesome Left 4 Dead group of cosplayers…
and this Season 1 Rick Grimes (sans beard) with riot shield.
After the route was planned, it was time to begin the Zombie Walk!
Time to walk it out!
